5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any amounts due upon placement of your order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or limit any order for any reason.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND PICK-UP

  • Shipping: Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the product to the carrier.

  • Warehouse Pick-Up: We may offer pre-arranged pick-up from our Sharjah warehouse location. You must agree on a specific date and time with us prior to arrival. Pick-up is not available without prior confirmation.

7. RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at mulanstoree@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
