Please carefully review this policy when purchasing our products. It will apply to any order you place with us.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard UAE Shipping: Delivered across the United Arab Emirates.

  • International Shipping: Available to most countries outside the UAE (see restrictions below).

  • Warehouse Pick-Up: Pre-arranged pick-up from our Sharjah location is available. Pick-up is by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.

2. SHIPPING FEES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

*Please note: Delivery times are estimates. During busy sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays), delivery may take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

All delivery times and dates are provided in good faith but are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

3. WAREHOUSE PICK-UP

  • Location: Our warehouse is located in Sharjah.

  • Scheduling: Pick-up is not available without a prior confirmed appointment. To schedule a pick-up, please contact us via WhatsApp at +971 50 190 6191 to arrange a date and time.

  • Hours: Pick-up appointments are available Sunday through Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM GST.

4. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • We offer international shipping to most countries. We are unable to ship to Israel.

  • Free shipping promotions are not valid on international orders.

  • You are the importer of record for all international shipments. Please note that you may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, which are your sole responsibility.

5. ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete address and a reachable phone number for the delivery company. If the delivery company cannot reach you for 2-3 days, the shipment may be returned to us and your order will be cancelled.

6. DELAYED ORDERS

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
